Shipping Policy

DreamCarStyle only ships to The United States, Australia, Canada, Europe. 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order processed, verified, quality checked, and packaged. All orders will get dispatched within 2-5 business days after the order is placed.
• Shipping time:  This is the time it takes for an item to be shipped from our warehouse to your door. Shipping time varies by region/logistics.

  Europe	5 - 7 business days

           Delivery Times = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email at service@dreamcarstyle.com, we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.

SHIPPING FEE:
Payment under $30 will be charged at $5.99
Payment over $30 free shipping (including $30)

ORDER TRACKING:
Once your package(s) leaves the warehouse, we'll send an automated email with tracking information related to your order. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us so we can check the status of your order.

Please keep in mind, it can take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated within a shipping carrier's system. If there is no information available about your order after receiving your tracking number, please give it some days.

If your order was dispatched more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information about your shipment, please contact us to look into it further.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES:
It is always our goal to ship your items together; sometimes, your items will be shipped together and sometimes separately. If this is the case, you will receive a tracking number for each package via email. Don't panic if one item arrives before the other.

CUSTOMS:
The price shown in our store includes customs fees, and you do not need to pay any additional fees.
